2. Conditions for Returns

You may request a refund for a paid service within 14 days of purchase if it does not meet your expectations or deliver the promised value. To qualify, the service, such as a premium template, must not have been fully utilized or downloaded multiple times. For personalized consultations, a refund is possible if the session has not yet occurred or did not provide the expected guidance. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome.

3. Non-Refundable Services/Products

Digital products, such as templates or tutorials that have been fully accessed or downloaded, are not eligible for a refund due to their nature. Personalized consultations that have been completed as agreed upon cannot be refunded. If you’ve shared a purchased resource with others, it is also non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review service descriptions before purchasing to ensure they meet your needs.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days to confirm eligibility. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if only part of a service was unsatisfactory. For example, if a personalized consultation partially met your needs, we might refund a portion of the fee. Partial refunds may also apply if you’ve used a premium template minimally but found it unsuitable for your workflow. We’ll collaborate with you to find a fair resolution based on your experience.

6. Cancellation of Services

If you’ve scheduled a personalized consultation, you may cancel it free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover preparation costs. If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. We’ll communicate any changes promptly to ensure a smooth experience.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter further. We’ll work with you to find a solution, such as offering an alternative resource or additional support. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to a third-party mediator.
